ever wonder why there is always a traffic jam on 3rd mainland bridge?

Every morning/night there is always annoying(hold up!!). these are the obvious reasons..

1.over population in Lagos State.

2.The rapid increase of car owners over the years.

3.increase in rural_urban migration.

4.the absence of the 4th mainland bridge which some people promised us(i wont mention any names)

Well i think the only realistic solution is the construction of another bridge.
